Your well-being includes financial health, having a safe shelter, and being able to put food on the table. That’s why we introduced the
CarePlus partners with the Department of Children and Families to help people see if they qualify for financial assistance through a variety of state and federal programs. We can even help with the application process. Many people may newly qualify for Medicaid, Extra Help, or SNAP and don’t know they can get help with certain costs.
