This company was founded in 2013 by a mother and her son.
Growing up I have always seen a lot of violence. So, I made it my mission and passion to help individuals protect themselves. When I was 24 years old, I dreamt to be a business owner to show my son that entrepreneurship is a great position to put yourself in life. I first wanted to open a clothing boutique when I began to pursue entrepreneurship. Shortly after my initial start, I found out a friend of mine was molested in an elevator. It was very troubling for me to have this act of sexual violence happen to someone close to me. I later asked her if she had anything on her to defend herself from that attack. To my surprise, she did not and never thought she would need to have anything on her for protection. I found this troubling as well. At the age of 18, I received a pepper spray as a gift, and I felt protected. From that point on I took it upon myself to basically educate women how to protect themselves with devices that are concealed such as the iPhone and lipstick stun guns. Seven years later we are standing strong continuing to empower thousands of women all over the country!
